The sequel to the 2018 blockbuster Raid is officially on its way. On Wednesday, the team announced that Raid 2 will hit theaters on February 21, 2025. The announcement follows the film’s delay from its original release date of November 15 to early next year.

Bollywood studio T-Series took to Instagram to share the news, promising a return of the intense action and suspense that made the original Raid a hit.

In Raid 2, Devgan reprises his role as IRS officer Amoy Patranyak, praised highly in the first installment. Raj Kumar Gupta, who directed the original, returns to direct Raid 2, continuing the true story of Income Tax heroes.
